​Policies​
​


Booking Policies 
We require a credit card on file to reserve all appointments unless the appointment is prepaid in advance.

Cancellation & "No Show" Policy
A 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation is required. This allows up to book clients that are on our wait list. Massage Solutions reserves the right to charge the full treatment cost for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. This includes appointments that are scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time. Cancellations and no shows effect us and other clients greatly and cannot be accepted.

By giving us your credit card information, you are authorizing this charge to go onto your credit card in the event you do not give at least 24 hours notice before cancelling a confirmed appointment or you do not show up for your confirmed appointment.

Friday & Saturday Appointments: We require Friday and Saturday appointments to be prepaid in full at time of scheduling. 

Clients who have previously no-showed for appointments and their credit card declined will be required to pay the full no-show fee before they can schedule another appointment. In addition, they will also need to prepay for their next appointment.

​Late Arrivals
As a courtesy to all of our clients, appointment times are prompt, and it is our goal to remain on time. Arriving late will result in a shortened appointment time and clients will be responsible for full service fees. Please call us if you know you will be running late.

First Time Clients Arrival and Intake Form Completion
If you are a new client, you must complete and submit intake form before your first session which can be done upon your arrival or in advance by downloading the PDF file HERE. It is recommended you arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment if you need to complete the intake form in office. If you arrive for your first appointment right at your scheduled time without having completed intake form, please be aware you will need to fill it out before your session and the time it takes you to complete it will be included in your service time, resulting in a shortened appointment.

Appointment Confirmations
Appointment confirmation texts are sent two days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please respond "yes" to confirm or "no" to cancel. If we have not received confirmation by 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and we have been unable to reach you, your appointment will automatically fall off of the schedule.

Couples Massages
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all couples massages or when booking multiple appointments at once. If you need to reschedule and we have 24 hours notice your deposit will convert to a credit that you can use at a future appointment.

Booking Manual Lymphatic Drainage
All Manual Lymphatic Drainage massages must be prepaid in full at time of booking. This is non-refundable. If you cancel a prepaid lymphatic drainage appointment outside of our 24 hour policy, you will receive a credit that you can use for a future appointment. 


Cancelling My Solutions Club
You may cancel My Solutions Club Membership after a minimum of three months.  This gives you time to receive the full benefits of on-going massage therapy. To cancel or change your membership level, notice must be in writing and given or emailed to us. 
Massage Solutions requires 30 days’ written notice emailed to massage.solutions@yahoo.com to terminate My Solutions Club.

Price Increase

Massage Solutions will give a thirty day notice regarding any pricing increase to My Solutions Club Members.

Refund Policy 
We do not offer refunds. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact the office, and we will promptly address your concerns so that you may continue to be a satisfied client.  Pre-paid appointments cancelled outside of our 24 hour window will be issued a credit or gift card in the full amount to be used for any future appointments.


Age Requirements
Children 17 and under who wish to receive a massage must have parental consent and a parent/guardian must sign intake form. 
Children 16 and under must have a parent/guardian over 18 years of age present during the massage appointment in the treatment room for the duration of the session.
For the consideration of our other clients, no child twelve years old and younger is permitted in the practice without an appointment. 

Cell Phones
​
For the consideration of our other clients and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, cell phones must be set to silent and all calls must be taken outside.
